The thing about all these bulimia and anorexia based accounts is that they don’t promote it. In fact, they promote health. Every time someone asks them what should their goal weight be, the accounts always answer a healthy number, or simply say ‘eat healthy and exercise’.
These people can’t see the beauty in themselves, but they do in others.
They know they’re destroying themselves, and they try to not get other people sucked into the whole eating disorder thing.
In it’s own sick, twisted way, I think that’s beautiful.

Low
Feeling lower than usual today. Please give me motivation 1 like = burn 100 cals on treadmill, 10 squats, 30 sit ups, 30 crunches, and 1 hour of fasting
Hey everyone! I want to start a small ana kik group with some people that will be active. I want a smaller group so it is easier to get to know each other and what we need from one another. I’m looking for about 10 girls preferably ages 18 and up. 17 year olds may also be accepted based on stats but no younger probably. Message me or like this post if you are interested. I’m in desperate need of a good group. ❤❤
things that feel a million times better than binging
☀️watching the number on the scale drop.
🌸feeling your tightest clothing start to fit better, and eventually get too big.
☀️being asked “have you lost weight?” and told “you look amazing!”
🌸that feeling of accomplishment because you know you are going to reach your goal.
☀️not having stomachaches and heartburn after an awful amount of food.
🌸feeling light and looking thinner after fasting.
☀️refusing junk food and staying strong.
🌸saving money because you don’t spend it all on food.
☀️needing to go shopping to get new pants that fit.
🌸having the confidence to go swimming with your friends.
☀️feeling motivated because you are so close to your goal.
🌸knowing you’ll get there because you haven’t been binging.
